Initiate Your Request
Log into your Artscape account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
